I want our players to develop themselves everyday. I help them find the tools to development as a player by themselves or help them break through specific barriers.

When players reach a 'flowstate' during an important round, making an amazing play that is not necessarily the logical choice or does almost seem impossible.

I started falling in love with shooters playing with my laptop on my lap and with very poor internet, not being able to play for minutes at a time when my internet disconnected. However I loved shooters, kept playing and upgraded my setup!
